 Rhinoplasty:

The rhinoplasty is most often performed in young patients at the end of adolescence or even earlier if the inconvenience is important and if nasal growth is complete.

It is possible to make a remodeling of the tip of the nose to refine it,to raise or to move back if necessary, that immediately after the puberty.Between 30 and 50 years, rhinoplasty often brings a rejuvenation particularly in cases of decreased nose (too long, too wide ...).

The rhinoplasty is most often performed under general anesthesia but especially in some case like retouching, local anesthesia combined with intravenous sedative is possible (neuroleptic).

The nose dissection is made through invisibles incisions, but it’s also practctible passig throught the Columella  

 (area between the nostrils), known as track "external" which Rhinoplasty is reserved for complex first-or second hard times.
